Delivery windows 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, arriving 1–2 hours before your event so everything is ready before your guests.
Severe storm or high winds? Reschedule with zero penalty to any available date within 12 months.

Life happens! Cancel up to 7 days before your event for a full deposit refund. You can also move your deposit to a new date once, free of charge. And if severe Florida weather strikes, rescheduling is always free within 12 months.
Standard delivery, commercial heavy-duty blower setup, electrical cords, GFCI adapters, ground anchoring stakes/sandbags, and deep sanitization are completely included.
Our delivery windows operate from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We typically arrive 1 to 2 hours before your event start time so everything is immaculate and ready before guests arrive.
Yes! Our White Castle Bounce House with Slide is versatile. In summer, we can hook it up with water for a refreshing splash pool. For indoor or cooler days, we use it dry and fill the pool area with colorful pit balls!
Absolutely. Safety and hygiene are our #1 priority. Every bounce house, bubble dome and ball pit ball is thoroughly deep-cleaned and sanitized with hospital-grade, kid-safe disinfectant before and after every event.
We can set up on flat grass (preferred for staking), turf, smooth concrete/driveways, or indoor gym/party halls. Please ensure the area is clear of debris, branches, and pet waste. A clear pathway of at least 3.5 feet wide helps us roll everything in.
Yes! As long as the park or venue permits inflatables. We can also provide quiet commercial generators if power outlets are not nearby.
Weekends in the Tampa Bay area book up fast! We recommend reserving 2 to 4 weeks in advance, but we always do our best to accommodate last-minute party requests whenever inventory is available.
